Which documents can be listed for a labor issue?

A mock checklist can list employment contracts, pay records, messages, orders, certificates, and incident notes. There is no upload or automatic review in this phase.

Does a legal request create union membership?

No. Union interest, union support, and legal request mocks are separate object concepts. Membership is not implemented.

Does ARTEL Legal review housing or JNK eligibility?

No. The current surface only explains readiness boundaries. It does not review eligibility, documents, payments, membership, allocation, or cooperative status.

Can organization data become public from a legal request?

No. Organization references in a legal request are public-safe mock concepts only. Organization Cabinet data remains in the Organization stream.

Which legal pages can be SEO indexed?

Only approved public legal guides, approved FAQ, and approved library pages are SEO candidates. Private requests, cases, documents, consultations, and reviewer notes are always noindex.
